(1) Tenant screening, Fulfill and sign booking contracts or lease contracts for the length, at prices and conditions the Landlord shall notify. 

(2) Collect any amounts due to the Landlord concerning the rents, deposits, all amounts having a link with the management of the apartment

(3) Take care of the maintenance and little repairs of the apartment. Pay  invoice from the sum collected on behalf of the Landlord, what has been prior approved by the landlord.
